Lancovit is a human kingdom on Otherworld ruled by King Bear and Queen Titania, with Princess Gloria "Sparrow," their beast-transforming niece, as the heiress. It is the very first place twelve-year-old Tara Duncan visits upon arriving on the planet of her birthplace in The Spellbinders and The Forbidden Book. It is the home of her mother, grandmother and immortal canine great-grandfather of the Duncan family. It is also where a young adult Selena Duncan had met and fallen in love with Danivou, Crown Prince of the empire Omosis. Its capital is a sentient, autonomous castle called the Living Castle.
