Cat-Lover Boy
A chubby blond boy who attempts to buy Bubbles from Tara while she is working at the Pet Shop . Seeing his obsession with cats and the probability that the cat will eat the fish, Tara refuses him and pushes him out of the store.

He is seen fishing at the end of the episode. He litters a can into the ocean, and an annoyed Tara levitates the can out of the water and has it hit him in the head.
